Google Links Portugal to US with New Transatlantic Cable
Google has just activated its Nuvem subsea cable, connecting the US to Portugal, marking another significant milestone in the global quest for faster, more reliable internet connections.
The 12,700-kilometer-long Nuvem cable spans from Sines in Portugal to Myrtle Beach in South Carolina, passing through Bermuda and the Azores, with a total of 15 landings across Europe and the Americas.
