The study, titled The AI Workforce Pulse: The Adaptability Imperative, found that this significant adoption of AI has created a pressing need for workers to upskill and reskill to remain relevant. However, around 63% of Indian respondents reported that their Learning & Development programs are struggling to keep pace with the rapid changes brought about by AI. This suggests a worrying gap in the skills of Indian workers and the demands of the modern job market.
