However, around 63% of Indian respondents reported that their Learning & Development programs are struggling to keep pace with the rapid changes brought about by AI. Dr. Gordon Barnett, Vice President of Learning Services at Cognizant, emphasized that “the speed of change is accelerating exponentially.” Barnett’s assertion highlights the pressing need for businesses and educators to provide accessible and relevant upskilling opportunities to workers across India.
