BrainCo’s Brain-Controlled Robot AI Platform Lets You Eat Cheetos Hands-Free
A group of researchers at BrainCo has shown off a brain-controlled robot AI platform that lets you control robots with just your thoughts, making tasks like eating Cheetos while building PCs a breeze. The tech was demoed at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in Shanghai.
Using a brain-computer interface (BCI), a company representative was able to control a robotic arm to pick up and assemble electronic components. Meanwhile, another attendee wore a headset that allowed them to control a robotic hand to grasp a Cheeto and bring it to their mouth. The whole thing was done without any physical interaction.
