However, beneath the surface, a more alarming trend is emerging. Despite rising satisfaction, the demand for internet bandwidth continues to surge, putting pressure on existing infrastructure. As more companies upgrade to cloud-based services and remote work becomes the norm, the strain on networks is becoming increasingly unsustainable. This perfect storm of growth and demand has resulted in **nearly 70% of businesses** reporting internet outages or slowdowns, causing significant disruptions and lost productivity.
