Beijing’s Shadow Operatives: Triad Gangs Flood Britain with Synthetic Opioids and More
The Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) alleged ties to Triad gangs have brought a toxic cocktail of synthetic opioids and organized crime to Britain’s streets.
Nitazene, a lab-made “Frankenstein drug” 500 times more potent than heroin, has become a new threat to British lives.
Deadly Synthetic Opioids
Nitazene’s potency makes it almost impossible to measure safely, and even tiny amounts can cause a fatal overdose. The UK’s Office for National Statistics reports a significant surge in nitazene-related deaths, with 2023 seeing the highest number of synthetic opioid-related fatalities.
Triad Gangs: The Silent Partners
Triad gangs, traditionally associated with Hong Kong’s underworld, are now allegedly working in tandem with CCP operatives. These partnerships enable the importation of synthetic opioids like nitazene, which are then sold on British streets. This has sparked concerns that CCP-backed Triads are fueling the UK’s opioid epidemic.
Migrant Boat Engines and Romance Frauds
Triad gangs’ involvement extends beyond narcotics trafficking. There are claims that they’re also supplying high-performance engines for migrant boats attempting to reach the UK. Furthermore, CCP-linked Triads have been implicated in romance scams targeting British nationals, swindling people out of millions.
What this means: The UK government must reassess its policies on China and the CCP’s influence in Britain, particularly in relation to organized crime and national security.
