Figure AI’s Humanoid Robots Survived 24+ Hours of Nonstop Autonomous Package Sorting in Warehouse Test
A trio of humanoid robots developed by California-based Figure AI has just set a new benchmark for autonomous package sorting, operating nonstop for over 24 hours in a warehouse test without any human intervention. The test was initially designed to last only eight hours, but Figure AI’s robots proved their endurance capabilities by running continuously for more than three times the intended duration.
Figure AI’s humanoid robots, which were designed for warehouse and logistics applications, were put through their paces in a simulation environment that mimicked real-world package sorting scenarios.
